You are free to cancel & reschedule your appointment as per your
convenience.
You cannot reschedule once the mechanic is on his way to your location during
the allotted time slot.
The doorstep visit fee paid will not be refunded if in case you choose to cancel
once the mechanic is on his way to your location during the allotted time slot.
If you have paid any advance for the spares, then the same shall not be
refundable if you choose to cancel the booking on the day of the appointment.
What if GarageWorks cancels or reschedules my appointment?
Ouch! Our teams have hard targets to not reschedule the appointment. This happens in specific scenarios like the assigned mechanic got unwell or in a situation that he cannot travel, the spares that were needed to service your vehicle didn’t arrive on time or else due to technology errors, there were 2 appointments for the same time slot assigned to same mechanic.
In such cases, the GarageWorks team shall contact you and request for a reschedule
In case of cancellations, the doorstep visit fee paid by you shall be refunded to you within 7 working days.
