Once the booking is done, GarageWorks team will visit you parking to deliver the service on the approved date and time.

Once the service is delivered in your parking you can test ride your bike and choose to pay with desired payment option.
GarageWorks Process
Book a service that is suited to your motorcycle or scooter and our mechanic will come to you and deliver the service in your parking.
- Choosing the right service
You may book a service through the home page or the Book Now button. You can opt to avail a periodic service, repair services, fix accidental damages, tyre replacement or battery replacement. If you don’t know what’s’ wrong with your motorcycle or scooter, you can opt to get an inspection done.
- Fill-up the vehicle details and select location
We cater to all kinds of makes and models (less than 500 CC) across all brands including Honda, Hero, Bajaj, TVS, Suzuki, Yamaha, Royal Enfield, Piaggio, Aprilia. Please ensure you select the right variant. The make, model and location help us show you the right price for the service - Select the Plan (options if available)
Once the pricing is available, select to book now. For periodic service, we offer multiple packages that are suitable to your use of the motorcycle or scooter. Select the plan that’s applicable for you. - Select the Date & Time
Our services are not available on the same day. Service bookings on your preferred date and time are subject to slot availability. You may fill in your preferred date & time. In case the preferred slot is not available, our service team will contact you to reschedule - Additional Details
If you have specific requirements for any spares or repairs, do mention it here, as it would help us to bring the necessary spares at the time of appointment. In case you have some problems with the vehicle and don’t know what to ask for, just type the complaint or symptoms you experience. This is important as it helps us diagnose the problem and help you with fixing the problem on the first visit. - Customer KYC
Please ensure, you provide all the details accurately like the mobile number, alternate number, address and email id. Please do provide your email id so that we can send the status updates, estimate approvals and invoice details to you. - Booking Done!
Once the booking is done, you shall receive a confirmation SMS & Email.
- Jobcard Creation
Once you have submitted the request, our service team basis the details filled in by you will create a job card. Before creating the job card the service team may get in touch with you in case they think they need additional information.
Once the job card is created, you will receive an SMS / Email with the tentative billable amount for the services requested by you. - Appointment Call
You shall receive an appointment call in case your preferred date & time slot is not available. - Mechanic Assign
A day before your scheduled service, a mechanic will be assigned to your service booking. We ensure that the mechanic assigned has the necessary skills to handle the make & model of your motorcycle or scooter and also is able to cater to your service requirements. - Mechanic Arrival & Inspection
On the day of your appointment, the mechanic will contact you before reaching your location. Every activity of the mechanic is captured through the mechanic app and you will be notified via SMS or Email.
On arrival at your site, the mechanic will contact you. You shall handover the keys to the mechanic. The mechanic will take a test drive to confirm the diagnosis of the complaints given by you. The mechanic will prep the site, lay the mat, remove the tools & spares needed. - Job Card Approval
In case the mechanic thinks something has been missed out, the mechanic will contact the service desk and update.
On completion of inspection, you shall receive the final job card and prices. You will be required to approve the job card for the mechanic to receive the notification to start the job. In case you don’t approve the job card, you may provide the confirmation to the service desk and they will approve the job card on your behalf. - Service Delivery
Once the job card has been approved, the mechanic will start the service delivery. On completion of the work, the mechanic will again inspect the vehicle and submit the report.
- Payment
On submission of the report, you shall receive the payment link for the invoice amount. You may pay the invoice amount through the link - Invoice & Feedback
On successful receipt of the payment, the system will generate the invoice. You will receive the Invoice along with the feedback link. Please do fill up the feedback link for us to understand the gaps and improve the customer experience - Service Warranty
You will have 15 days of service warranty once the service has been completed. The service warranty is applicable on the workmanship that has been performed. The service warranty is not applicable on performance issues due to suggested repairs not approved by you. The warranty on spares is as per the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines
