• GarageWorks is offering its Standard Service package for Free!
• The Standard Service package is a part of Periodic Maintenance service that includes a 21-point checklist followed by our technicians. Click here to see the 21 point checklist <hyperlink to service inclusion question>.
• Under the Standard Service package charges for all spares, consumables and any additional repairs are to be paid at MRP / actuals.
• To avail the Free service, opt for Periodic Service, select the Standard Service package its FREE (*Doorstep visit fee applicable).
• o A doorstep visit fee of ₹100 is to be paid which gets adjusted against your final invoice for spares & consumables. We charge this booking fee to ensure that the service appointment is not cancelled after our technician reaches the customer location. Click Here to know more about the booking fees.

• The doorstep visit fee is charged for mechanic travel & operational expenses.
• In the Free Service scheme, we have experienced a very high cancellation rate at the last minute after the technician has reached the customer location.
• To ensure that the technician is compensated for the travelling expenses, the booking fee / doorstep visit fee is charged
• The fee is however adjusted against the final invoice of spares & consumables.

The doorstep visit fee is charged for multiple reasons:

• To cover up the administrative costs incurred towards supply chain of spares for your appointment
• To cover up the travelling expenses of the mechanics
• To prevent customers from cancelling at the last minute due to non-availability

The doorstep visit fee is not refundable if you have availed the service.
For all other scenarios, the doorstep visit fee is refundable unless the booking is cancelled by you after the mechanic has started moving towards your location during the allotted timeslot.

If you don’t purchase any spares or consumables, you can still choose to avail the Free Service. The doorstep visit fee however will not be refundable.
