We regret the unhappy experience that you have had and we are fully committed to resolving your queries. To register a complaint, you can either fill the feedback form (sent to you immediately at the end of service and 7 days post the service); or you can register the complaint through your profile link (Click Here); or else you can send an email to hello@garageworks.in
The complaint once registered gets closed only if you accept the resolution provided. Till then, the complaint remains open and gets further escalated across the organization.
If the technician identifies extra problems in your vehicle, he will capture it in the app provided to him by GarageWorks.
Our central team will review the information and email an estimate to you within 24 hours from the time-of-service completion.Basis your acceptance, a follow-up booking will be generated to fix the additional problems
Don't worry. All our services are provided with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the problem in your vehicle persists, do notify us on our WhatsApp (8655077252) or register a complaint through your profile or send an email to hello@garageworks.in. A complaint will be registered and a revisit will be scheduled to fix the problem.
Absolutely! Except for Reboot, all our services are accompanied with 30-day workmanship warranty. Workmanship warranty basically means a quality assurance is being provided on the labour efforts put in. In case the spare parts used are defective, warranty terms shall be applicable as per the manufacturer guidelines.
In case of Reboot (where an unused vehicle has been revived), warranty of 7-days is applicable.
