Where do you procure the spare parts from?
- Procurement of spares is done by GarageWorks through its proprietary hyperlocal
supply chain built in partnership with spares brands or their authorized
distributors / retailers
- GarageWorks commits to and enforces usage of genuine spares only
- In case you experience usage of any non-genuine spares, please do send an email
with evidence to info@garageworks.in
What spares do you use?
- For spares, we use only genuine spares (OEM branded).
- For consumables (Lubricants, Grease, Spark Plug, Chain Spray), we use reputed
brands only
What engine oil do you use?
We use reputed brands of Engine Oil. However, subject to availability, we use Motul,
Mobil& Shell products. The grade of the engine oil used is as per the manufacturer
recommendations.
I want a specific engine oil for my service. How do I request for it?
Awesome! You are a bike lover. You can certainly opt for your preferred engine oil in
terms of grade. In case of brand, we have a selective variety of quality brands to
offer: Mobil (Preferred brand), Motul or Shell. If you wish to avail any other
brand, you could procure the oil on your own and book a Standard Service with
GarageWorks
What spares do you use and how much will you charge?
- For spares, we use only genuine spares (OEM branded) for all our services.
- For consumables (Lubricants, Grease, Spark Plug, Chain Spray), we use reputed
brands only
- Both, Spares & Consumables are charged as per their MRP only. There are not
discounts offered on the spares & consumables unless you are enrolled into one
of our subscription / membership programs.
- In case you think the spares used are not genuine or you have been charged more
than the MRP, please immediately notify us by sending an email to info@garageworks.in. Our team will
take corrective measures and refund the amount in case of excess amounts
charged.
I want to purchase my own spares. What will be my charges for fitment?
- You are free to purchase your own spares, however our service warranty will not be applicable for external part fitments.
- The doorstep visit fee of ₹100 will be applicable at time of booking. Charges over and above the doorstep visit fee are subject to and applicable depending what spares do you wish avail fitment for.
