Periodic maintenance is recommended for vehicles in working condition only. If your
vehicle is not in working condition, then we request you to opt for General
Will you charge the battery?
Yes, we can charge the battery during the service. But it will be provided at an
additional cost.
Is oil change included in service?
Oil change is not included in the Standard Service package. Oil change is included in the
comprehensive & premium package.
What is included in consumables?
Consumables include Engine Oil, Air Filter, Spark Plug, Grease, Brake Oil, Gear Oil,
Chain Spray
I have additional repairs on my bike?
Sure, you can avail the repairs during the service. To ensure our mechanics come equipped
to provide the repairs, please mention your repair details in the booking form when
asked for. You can also mention your requirements in the 'Comments' box on the final
cart page.
Which engine oil is used in the Comprehensive & Premium package?
In comprehensive we use 10W30 for scooters & 20W40 for motorcycles. In premium we use
10W40 or 20W50 depending on the make of the motorcycle. In all cases, Mobil, Motul&
Shell are our preferred brands of engine oil.
I want a cost estimate before I book
Certainly we can provide you with a cost estimate.
If you know what you need then while filling up the booking form,
just fill-up your required spares in Specific Spares section & required repairs in
Specific Repairs section and place the booking. Our technical team will contact you and
share the price estimates
If you don't know what is needed, then we suggest you book a General
Inspection. Our technician will thoroughly inspect the vehicle and our central team will
share a detailed quotation with you
I want my preferred brand of Engine Oil?
While Mobil, Motul& Shell are our preferred brands, however, we cannot guarantee which of
the 3 (three) brands will be used. In such a case, you can purchase your own oil and
avail a Standard Service. The technician will use the oil provided by you.
How will you wash the bike?
We wash the bike with a 2L waterless foam solution. We do not provide or promote water
wash in our doorstep services.
What if I am not happy with the service?
Don't worry. All our technicians are trained and incentivised to offer you the best
service. All our services are assured with a 15-day workmanship warranty. Post the
service, you will receive a feedback link through which you can share your concerns.

complaint.
Why should I service if I have not used my vehicle?
You should service your vehicle even if you have not used your vehicle much because even
when not used the condition of components & consumables in your vehicle deteriorate over
a period due to non-usage. You could face following problems (list is indicative):
Depreciation of vehicle resale value
Dip in mileage
Battery Discharge,
Switches rust,
Petrol quality deteriorates,
Brakes harden / get jammed,
Dust accumulation on the chain
