On inspecting the vehicle, our technical team will share the estimate within 6-7 hours.
This amount is charged to cover expenses for case processing, spares supply chain & mechanic's travel.
The Doorstep Visit Fee paid shall get adjusted in your final invoice.
Doorstep Visit Fee is not refundable once the jobcard has been created.
Doorstep Visit Fee is refundable only if the service booking has been cancelled by GarageWorks
If the customer chooses to cancel the service prior to jobcard creation, the doorstep visit fee will be credited into GarageWorks Wallet.

No, the mechanic is not authorised to provide an estimate to you. Mechanics are expected to perform the inspection and share the information with the technical team. The technical team assesses the information and prepares an estimate which is meant to be in best interest of the customer.
The estimate will be sent to you via Email or WhatsApp. After the estimate has been shared on Email or WhatsApp, our representatives will contact you to discuss the estimate and clarify any doubts that you may have.
All our estimates are charged on best value basis so that we can offer quality services along with convenience to you. We unfortunately will not be able to bargain or negotiate on the prices, however for all cases where the invoice value is more than ₹2500, a 10% cashback will be credited into your GarageWorks wallet which can be used for availing discounts in subsequent services. You are also allowed to choose a specific list of repairs within the estimate.
